About Mihelca
Mihelca (Mihi) uses her experience preparing for bodybuilding competitions to help her personal training clients achieve results, whether their goals relate to building strength or changing body composition. No matter who she’s working with, she’ll be able to create a challenging workout that’s suitable to the individual’s fitness level and goal. She has a great passion for being able to make anyone feel comfortable on the gym floor. She might seem like a very easygoing person, but she’ll make you do the work!
Specialisations
- Strength
- Body recompositioning (fat loss, muscle growth)
Training Philosophy
My philosophy is that fitness should be seen as an opportunity to work on yourself, improving your performance by consistently putting in the work. Improved fitness levels lead to benefits in so many aspects of our life, not only for your physical apperance. Everyone has a chance to get better and feel great. You only get one body, so why not look after it? Even on those days when you don’t feel like doing anything, get a workout done. I guarantee you will feel much better – that’s the magic of fitness. There’s no need to feel scared of the gym floor, or to compare yourself to anyone else. Have fun with it and your body will respond in the best possible way!
Education, Experience & Achievements
- Cert III & IV in Fitness
- Amateur Bodybuilding Athlete
3 Fun Facts
- I ride a motorbike, a Kawasaki Ninja.
- I can do more chest flies than most men can do.
- My nickname is “The Stairmaster Queen”. My record is 2 hours straight.

PT Client Reviews
“As someone who came in brand new to personal training – and, to be honest, a little apprehensive about what it all meant – I could not be more thrilled to have Mihi as my trainer. She’s very much on my wavelength and supports me in a way that gets the best results. To date, my training has really been about focusing on establishing a routine and building my confidence that physical change is possible. This is really the foundation that I need to pave the way into the future. Mihi takes time to explain the correct posture and positioning to avoid injury, challenges me to continue to build and extend myself and my performance, and we have so much fun and laughs in our sessions – which for a non-morning person at 6am is gold. I wake up every morning on training day knowing that I can’t let Mihi down. All I can say is, thank you, and please continue to be you.”
