Training Philosophy
My philosophy around training is that enjoyment and education will be the biggest indicator for success. Rehabilitation can often be a dull and unrewarding experience and while there are always challenges to overcome; it doesn’t mean that the road to recovery can’t be fun and enjoyable. In my sessions I aim to build autonomy and knowledge while keeping things interesting. Working around injuries where we need to and promoting long-term recovery.
Education, Experience & Achievements
- Certificates III & IV in Fitness
- Certified Sports Coach
- Bioforce Conditioning Certified
- Currently Studying Bachelor of Physiotherapy
- Kettlebell Specialist
3 Fun Facts
- I can quote the entirety of Shrek.
- I am passionate about bouldering.
- I am absolutely terrified of birds after being swooped by a magpie and dislocating my elbow.

PT Client Reviews
“I started working with Liam nearly a year ago, after a knee injury had me out of action for 5 months. He designed my programs to build strength and mobility in my knee whilst focusing on my other fitness goals. Liam mixes up my programs regularly so they don’t become stale. They are designed to deliver a full body workout that’s challenging and varied, but he also takes into account my preferences …I don’t do burpees! Working with Liam has totally changed my perspective on going to the gym, using weights, and shown me what I’m capable of.”
