This Marrickville Personal Trainer is also a talented Instructor for some of our group fitness classes, including Rockbottom, Spin and Limitless. Kat has a diverse background – she was born in Ukraine, grew up in France and has now settled in Australia. She will definitely find a common language with you! Coming from a software background, she is big on capability, pays strong attention to detail and is good with numbers (so don’t be surprised if she pushes you to exceed your last personal best). But what is most important for her is that you feel confident, empowered and stronger every time you come to the gym to do personal training with her. She will do everything to help you achieve your goals and lift your mindset. Her warm smile will make you feel comfortable
