PT Client Reviews
“I began training with Juan in June 2020 and came to him with a painful back injury, that was always a point of weakness in the past that I couldn’t seem to curb. It had hit its all-time worst and was suspected I had a disk bulge pressing on a nerve. I was struggling to stand up, sit down and complete any basic movements as they triggered sharp pain. Now, I can do most things without discomfort, which is huge.”
