Gustavo Barbosa, aka Coach Gus, is a Strength & Nutrition Coach at Fitness Playground Newtown – and an aspiring actor and comedian. Gus has a strong passion and purpose for making a difference in people’s lives through fitness. He can also support you with behaviour change and nutrition coaching; he uses these components for a holistic health approach that helps his clients perform inside and outside the gym. He strives to go above and beyond to tailor your coaching and guarantee you’ll feel supported and enjoy every part of your journey.
