About Andy
Andy grew up playing as many sports as he could, from Gaelic football and hurling, to soccer and Rugby, then moved on to compete in powerlifting. He joined the Irish Defence Force, but during his time in the Army he realised he wanted to turn his passion for sport into a career, and after studying fitness, began working part time as a PT. Since moving to Sydney in 2019, he’s turned coaching into his full-time career. His passion is working with people from all walks of life to help them improve their lifestyle through health and fitness. He aims to show people that it’s not hard to achieve results in the gym and that you can have fun doing it.
